Submit Your Application
Once you have decided on a new home, you are now ready to submit your application. Every future resident of the home who is 18 years or older must submit an application. There is a small $40 application fee per applicant. We will be sure to get back to you within 3-5 business days so you can move-in ASAP!
Welcome Home!
Once you provide all the necessary documentation, and your application has been approved, you are now ready to move in! You have 7 days after approval to pay your move-in funds, and you must move-in within 30 days. Welcome to your new home!
