Apply from your phone
Every resident aged 18 or over applies, at $40 each. Upload your ID, proof of income and SSN or ITIN directly. We review applications within 3–5 business days of receiving all your documents.

Get your keys
Once you're approved and your documents are in, sign the lease online. You have 7 days after approval to pay your move-in funds, and you'll need to move in within 30 days.
