What the resident benefits package includes
One package, $25 per month, added to your rent. Nothing to opt into and no separate policies to arrange.
Renters insurance
Renters insurance is included with every lease, so your belongings are covered from day one without arranging a policy yourself.
Air filter delivery
Replacement filters arrive at your door on schedule. Changing them on time keeps your air clean, helps keep your energy bill down and takes strain off your HVAC system.
Positive credit reporting
Your on-time rent payments are reported to the credit bureaus so paying rent builds your credit. Late payments are not reported.
Resident rewards
Earn points for paying on time and redeem them for gift cards, up to $100 a year, plus giveaways and partner discounts.
Our emergency maintenance team is available after business hours to assist with urgent maintenance issues, like a burst pipe, no heat, or anything that can’t wait until Monday.
