Marco Paolo Gumawid is a versatile and results-driven property management professional with extensive experience in leasing, collections, and overall property operations. He has a proven ability to maximize occupancy, drive rent collections, manage accounts receivable, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Skilled in lease administration, conflict resolution, and ensuring regulatory compliance, Marco is dedicated to enhancing property value, optimizing revenue, tenant satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service across all aspects of property management.

Josue Salgado is a recent graduate of the University of Houston, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. A proud Seabee in the United States Navy, Josue currently serves as a reservist while also bringing his strong work ethic and leadership skills to the private sector.

He began his journey with Rentready Homes in 2024 as an intern, where he quickly demonstrated a strong ability to translate classroom knowledge into real-world applications. Now serving as a full-time Construction Manager, Josue oversees property renovations and ensures projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and going for runs, finding balance between his professional and personal life through outdoor activities.

Jose Ponce is a proud Houston native and a 2024 graduate of the University of Houston. With years of hands-on experience in residential construction, he brings passion, precision, and a deep commitment to quality to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, gaming with friends, and spending quality time with his wife.

Karol is a Civil Engineer from Universidad de la Costa in Barranquilla, Colombia, with over 10 years of professional experience in the construction industry. Her background spans residential construction, remodeling, interior and space design, and custom furniture projects.

As Head of Construction Administration, she focuses on optimizing processes, tracking project progress, and providing strong support to the on-field construction team. She is passionate about innovative approaches and has a strong interest in AI and technology. Outside of work, she is a proud pet mom, enjoys outdoor activities, and loves spending time with her family.

Marco Gonzalez is a Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction and remodeling. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, along with a minor in Business Administration. Marco has hands-on experience working as a construction manager in residential production homes as well as in residential remodeling, giving him a well-rounded understanding of projects from planning through completion.

Known for his organization, accountability, and ability to keep projects on track, Marco is committed to delivering quality results while supporting both residents and team members. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through outdoor activities such as fishing, running, adult softball and soccer leagues, and going to the gym. He also values his faith and enjoys spending time at church.

Enrique Contreras is a Construction Manager and University of Houston graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. He specializes in overseeing residential renovations and new construction projects, managing everything from budgeting and vendor coordination to M.E.P. systems and final inspections.

Enrique is known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project.

Outside of work, Enrique is passionate about fitness and actively participates in bodybuilding. He believes the discipline and consistency required in training directly reflect the standards he brings to his professional career.

Christian Blake is a skilled Maintenance Technician based in Houston, with nearly eight years of experience in the construction and maintenance industry. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, he takes pride in maintaining residential homes to the highest standards.

A proud father of three, Christian values hard work and being present for his family. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and spending quality time with his children.

Gabriel is a licensed HVAC technician with over five years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and property services. He is skilled at diagnosing and repairing systems while also focusing on preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and safely.
