Each applicant must pay a $40 fee in order to submit their application. Every future resident who is 18 years of age or older must submit an application and pay the fee.

Move-in fees
Most commonBefore moving in, residents must provide a security deposit of at least one month's rent. This may vary depending on credit. Residents must also provide the rent of the first 1–2 months depending on the move-in date.
Resident perks
RequiredThis non-optional package is $25 a month. It includes renters insurance, air filter delivery, positive credit reporting, resident rewards, and more.
Late fees
Per dayIf a resident does not pay the rent within the first 3 days of the month, they will be charged $10 per day until they pay.
Pet fees
One-timeWe love pets! As long as they are HOA compliant and follow our guidelines, you may keep whatever pet you like. Our pet fee is a one-time $250 non-refundable deposit per pet. ESA letters do not incur pet fees.
HOA violations
As applicableAny HOA violation fees will be entirely the responsibility of the tenant. Please be mindful of the HOA rules and regulations.
