Nobody likes hidden fees, especially us. This is why at Rentready Homes, we are open about what possible fees you may have to look out for.
Application Fee
Each applicant must pay a $40 fee in order to submit their application. Every future resident of the home who is 18 years of age or older must submit an application and pay the fee.
Move-In Fees
Before moving in, residents must provide a security deposit of at least one months worth of rent. This may vary depending on credit. Residents must also provide the rent of the first 1-2 months depending on the move-in date.
Residents Benefits Package
This non-optional package is $25 a month. It provides benefits such as renters insurance, air filter delivery, positive credit reporting, resident rewards and more.
Late Fees
If a resident does not pay the rent within the first 3 days of the month, they will be charged $10 per day until they pay.
Pet Fees
At Rent Ready Homes, we are welcoming to all pets! As long as they are HOA compliant, and do not conflict with any city guidelines, you may keep whatever pet you like. Our pet fee is a one-time $250 non-refundable deposit per pet. If you have an ESA letter, you will not be charged.
HOA Violations
Any HOA violation fees will be entirely the responsibility of the tenant. Please be mindful of the HOA rules and regulations.
