Frequently asked questions
How do I schedule a self-showing?
Pick a home from our available listings and choose a time that suits you. You’ll be sent a code to let yourself in, seven days a week, with no agent to meet. Book a showing now.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid online through the Resident Portal, where you can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments so you never have to think about it. Paying on time also works in your favour, because we report it to the credit bureaus.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we welcome pets in our properties. Our pet-friendly policy ensures your furry companions feel right at home. Read our pet policy for the requirements, fees and rules that apply.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Submit non-urgent requests through the Resident Portal so they are tracked and you can follow progress. You can also download the request form (en español).
For a genuine emergency, call the emergency maintenance line at +1 (817) 587-0382. Anything else should go through the resident portal or the contact page.
Can I see a home without an agent?
Yes, that’s how most of our tours happen. Pick a home from available listings, choose a time, and you’ll be sent a code to let yourself in.
If something needs attention urgently while you’re a resident, call the emergency maintenance line. For anything that can wait, use the contact page.
How do lease renewals work?
In order to renew your lease, you must be up-to-date on payments, and you must agree to a new rate. This rate may be lower or higher depending on market value.
