Accessibility Statement

1Our commitment

We work to make rentreadyhomes.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We review the site against those guidelines and fix the problems we find.

2What we have done

• A skip link at the top of every page takes you straight to the main content.
• Our own pages can be used with a keyboard alone, and the control you are on is outlined.
• Headings, landmarks, form labels, button names and image descriptions are provided for screen readers.
• Text and controls are designed to meet the WCAG AA color contrast ratios.
• Pages adjust to small screens and to browser zoom without sideways scrolling.
• Moving content, such as the row of resident reviews, can be paused, and motion is reduced if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Everything except the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service is available in Spanish.

3Known limitations

Some content is provided by other companies or is not yet fully accessible:

• The resident portal, online rental application and payment pages are provided by our software partners and open in a new window. Their accessibility is the responsibility of those providers.
• The map of available homes is provided by Google Maps. Every home on it is also listed on the same page.
• The videos on the How-To Videos page are hosted on YouTube, and captions depend on each video.
• Some documents, such as the resident welcome letter and the maintenance request form, are PDF files that are not yet fully accessible. If you need one in another format, contact us and tell us which one.

4Tell us about a problem

If something on this website is hard for you to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do and, if you can, the assistive technology you use.
