What you need to qualify as an applicant
- Combined gross household income of at least 3x monthly rent
- Favorable credit history
- No previous evictions or unpaid rent
- Clean background screening required
- At least 18 years of age
Necessary documents to apply
- A valid government-issued ID
- Proof of income
- SSN / ITIN number
Fees and charges
- An application fee of $40 per applicant (note: every resident 18 or older must submit an application and pay the fee)
- Before moving in, you must provide a deposit of at least one month's rent. You must also provide the first month's rent, or two months' rent depending on when you move in.
