Before You Apply

What you need to qualify as an applicant

- Combined household income of at least 3x monthly rent

- Favorable credit history

- No previous evictions or unpaid rent

- No history of violent crimes or sexual offenses

- At least 18 years of age

Fees and charges

- An application fee of $40 per applicant (Note: every 18+ resident must submit an application and pay the fee)

- Before moving in, you must provide a deposit of at least 1 months rent. You must also provide the rent of the first month or 2 months depending on when you move in.
