Every resident of the home who is 18 years or older must submit an application. Each applicant will then undergo our screening process. This process requires a valid government ID, as well as a $40 application fee.
The combined income of the household must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Each applicant will undergo a screening to determine income and credit history. After these two items are verified, along with your identification, you will receive your application decision within three business days.
Each applicant will go through a background check to insure they have not been involved in any violent crimes of sexual offenses.
If an applicant was evicted in the past, or they still have unpaid rent, their approval will be at the landlords discretion.
