- Occupants are limited to 2 people per bedroom. Pets are not included in this restriction.
- Application process
- All applicants 18+ must submit an application and pay the $40 screening fee.
- Screening information
- Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days after all documents are received. Each applicant is screened for income, credit and rental history, plus a background check.
- Leasing policies
- Lease terms, renewals, and other policies are outlined in the lease agreement.
